Hey guys, I'm 21 and I don't really have a problem at all with facial acne, but I get it fairly bad on my shoulders and upper back. I work out, which I heard can be a source of the problem, but I'm good about showering afterwards and not using the same shirt etc. Any suggestions on products, techniques, etc. that will eliminate this gross problem? I'd rather not have to waste money on a dermitologist... Thanks!

Try squeezing a zit that's inside of your ear. Damn near impossible. I had to wear that zit for a month before it went down. Also, it seems like when I pop a zit on my face, it clears in a week, but when I pop one on my chest or shoulder, it takes a month before the red mark goes away.

I haven't looked in the mirror, but my back probably looks like a cratered bomb shelter.

beckwith, how firm is your mattress, if it is firm that couls be the cause, i fould that after sleeping mainly on my right side i got more pimples on the right side of my face, so now i try to stay on my back and change pillow cases often.
