obviously the first thought to come to mind would be to not compete and go hit on other girls logically, but at the end of the day you still don't get this particular girl you're trying to game.

i'm sure many of you must have been in a scenario where you were after a particular girl and when you were out with a group of friends her included, she may have turned up with some guy and be romantically involved or at least in the initial stages with this other guy.

assuming you've been trying to game her too and this is the first time you've seen her with some other guy and it leads to some awkward tension where if you don't pay her any attention you come across as jealous, or if you pay too much it looks like she has you on a piece of string playing you off the other guy.

what does one do to get this particular girl?
assuming you are approaching other women so you don't necessarily have oneitis.. you just would like to bang this particular chick..

what would be the best way to play it?

A lot of road racers will tell you that when they race, they pay less attention to "beating the other guy" than to just running the best lap time possible. If you can run the best time humanly possible, "beating everyone else" takes care of itself.

Attractive looking women ALWAYS, ALWAYS have options. If having competition scares you, THINK of what it must be doing to the other guy. Believe that YOU are the force that HE needs to reckon with, not the other way around.

Stop trying to get girls by hanging with big groups of mutual friends to build comfort and friendship before asking her out. Just get her digits and ask her out, just the two of you.

to clarify i think its more you meet some girl and your crew and hers decide to meet up for a night out or something and then you see her with some other guy.

true walking away does seem like a valid option, but given that girls are insecure would she not think that you have given up and are not willing to fight for her when you see her with another guy?

to me it almost seems to her you've conceded defeat by walking away

i guess it depends how you play the walking away though..
