I need some new ways to deal with anger. I'm afraid that somewhere down the line I may really hurt myself or somebody else.

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.
I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.
Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules. Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.
This works quite well. Get an old tennis racket, and make sure you're home alone, and scream and holler at whoever/whatever is angering you, and beat the crap out of your bed with the tennis racket, until you physically can't move your arms any more, and your voice is literally hoarse.Maxtro said:I need some new ways to deal with anger. I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.
Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.
These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.
I am extremely angry at myself at the world, at women, at God etc.Nygard said:Sleep. Working out doesn't work. It's like some people who relive anger by listening to 80's songs, it works for them because it's just a little annoyance. Those bouts of anger that shift to depression leads me to think you're actually angry at yourself, because I can relate to those feelings.Just sleep or work on something like a madman without stop.
