How Do I Respond To "I love you"?

I've met this girl a few months now and she's hinted a lot that she's "falling for" me, and phrases like that.
I'm pretty sure soon she's gonna tell me she loves me, and although I feel that also, (I'm pretty one-itis tbh) I don't know what the best way to react would be.
I think she has a feeling I love her too, but I've never said that, but she's shown it more than me with things she has said.
If she does say this to me I don't want it to be awkward, and I don't want to just make her feel like she has won me and doesn't need to try anymore.

Will I just say it back straight away, or just ignore and kiss her. I have no idea how to respond if this was to come up...

2. You've spent a decent amount of time together
3. You're aware of the emotional attachment these words hold
4. She's high enough quality

If a girl tells me ILY and it makes sense i'll say ILY back. To me it really means something if I say it of my own accord. So in reply it's more a courtesy to me lol. It really is a relative term if you think about it. 1 year love is really not the same thing as 10 year love.
