im lifting more and more these days and im finding that my grip strength is holding me back.


how can i improve my grip stregth?

You can follow these tips,
1. Use tongs
2. Static said with a bar or dumbbells (heavy weight to bear the time)
3. Hang from a pull up bar (with one hand if it is too easy)
4. Plate Pinches (captured about 10 books and plates to keep them at the moment)
5. Expert advice.

Improve pinch grip strength by buying cheap small balls of average size. The second type of grip strength is overwhelming. Crushing similar difficulties, but here you try to get something by pressing it between your fingers and palm.
