In the last year I lost 40-50 pounds and now I'm at a really low weight for a 23 yr old male at 5'8". Currently, I weigh only 130 but I still have the spare tire around my abdomen. I lost most of the other weight by regulating my diet and alternating between weight machines and running. Do any of you guys have some advice on what I should do in order to gain a good 10 pounds or so of muscle and lose the tummy flab?
