"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I have never been like this, i am a control freak, desperate, demanding and jealous... i am everything i hate! ..

I have never been like this, and i really need a cure.

For now, i am not going to dump the girl, because i like her. This time she is not the problem, i am, i care too much...

What are your advice on how to care less/be less dependent/less desperate.

- Do not give me the "spin more plate/fvck other girls" answer, because i have F-buddies and plates next to her, but i am still envious as Fvck..

Any advice?

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

We must stop be desperate..

I guess this works on a level and she will like how much you care for her but after a while girls are just bored and leave the man who cares to much for her.

It's sound silly but ..This is my thinking...They like drama...

After all is the woman loss .

Take a deep breathe, and just relax.
Think about the worst case scenarios, like she left you, would that really be the end of your world?

You're too deep into the "crush" zone. You gotta snap out of it and face reality. For example, don't you have a project to work on? Like an essay? Looking to get a promotion? Looking for a new job? etc.

Snap out of this girl and start working on things in your life.

In my experience, guys become more controlling, insecure, and demanding when other things in their lives are no longer in balance.

So while I don't know you, the best advice I can give:

1. Focus on work or school. Keep your grades up or ask your boss what you can do extra after you've finished the work you are assigned. That type of initiative can make you invaluable to a company, which helps with job security. Offer to go in on a day off, or do something extra.

2. Keep in touch with other friends. Hang out with them. Plan an evening with them, and encourage her to plan a girl's night. Call your family and talk to them. Stay in contact with people that are important to you.

3. Focus on your hobbies. Whatever it is that initially drew this girl to you will go away if you stop being your own person. So if you had something that you loved to do, keep doing it, whether its fencing, archery, grappling, whatever.

4. Plan on doing something sweet for her and see how it goes. If she is appreciative, attentive, and affectionate, take comfort in that. Remember that YOU just made her smile.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Instead of obsessing over women, have an obsession for self improvement.
