"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Juist wondering man, how can I get more people to reply to my approach journal? It's filled with tons of approaches but always gets overshadowed by other posts. Just doesn't motivate me to go out if people aren't going to give me advice on my approaches man. Funny thing is when you're complaining about your problems, people will reply in a jiffy. You actually go out and do sh *t, people completely ignore you. If you want to check my approach journal it's in my sig.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Nobody's reading those DJ forums. They are filled with AFCs asking how to and what if. Fundamentally, seduction science is presented as a technique, you follow it and it gets you things. Nobody will tell you it's a state of mind you achieve by transforming yourself, and it's not about getting things, it's about you all the way. It's a way of living your life, and it is largely in your head.

Perhaps, a new forum titled "For AFC's only!" will do. Because AFCs won't post there.

Yeah, so far there are 10 approaches in that journal and there are even more approaches in an older journal. I've talked to a lot more girls than a lot of guys on this forum have. No offense to GamePlan or anything, but his approach journal is 4 pages and he hasn't really approached any girls yet, he's just working on saying "Hi" to people. I mean, it's good that the dude is trying to get over his social anxiety, but come on, 4 pages and he hasn't really even approached yet, compared to my 10 approaches and growing that no one replies to. Though Lust actually approaches and his journal is 4 pages, there must be something I'm doing wrong.

You should only report CLOSES. Not just approaches/conversations. At least an attempted close where you got rejected or something.

How can you pick apart what works, if you don't try to close?

As actual closes aren't massively common, you probably write a FR thread for each one. Unfortunately, # closes don't come very naturally in High School.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

I've read some of your posts, and I think I even replied. Big props for doing cold approaches.

However, I think I lost interest reading your stuff because you don't really change up the approach. You don't take out the parts that don't work, or add new things to see if they do.. For example, you use the same joke everytime (did you fail a test or something?), despite the fact that it doesn't seem to get a laugh.

So you're meeting girls at track meets, but you don't seem to ask them about track too much. That doesn't make much sense. You KNOW this is one thing you have in common with every girl you approach, but you don't really use it.

If you actually changed up the approach and tried new things, maybe more people could get into it.

Post things that can be critiqued and that might work. Cause right now you do the exact same approach just to different women.
