So here's what happened, I had a date with a friend of mine who's a girl (not technically my girlfriend just yet). We were talking about it today, and suddenly she told me it would be difficult, because she had other plans as well. So it would be hard to balance both. To which I responded, "Go do your other stuff. We'll go out some other time. " and just walked away. A few hours later, she texts me saying "Ummm is everything fine? I hope you're not pissed off. "
I'm gonna play keep-away for a while, not reply just yet, and see how things pan out. When I finally do end up speaking to her, what should I say? I'm sort of confused. Should I say "I'm totally not pissed off - we plan something, and just before we get there you tell me you have other plans. Very nice. (Sarcastically)" and just be difficult & start an argument with her? Or should I just play it cool and pretend like nothing ever happened & not be pissed off?
I think I should be difficult, it shows selfishness, which is attractive.
But at the same time maybe I shouldn't be, because I might come off as needy.
Okay - this is confusing. Help, please?
