Beyond recommending that you read some inner game material, I don't think anyone can answer that question for you. Your demons and issues are unique to you, and only you know the exact path to overcoming them.

I guess you're right, my demons are unique to me, but I would still need ways (if possible) to figure out exactly what they are and how to change that. I never did anything similar, so this is all new to me.
