You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.
I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.
Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules. Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.
That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?
She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."
She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.
I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.
Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Q. what's the alpha way to take a dump?
A. take up as much space as possible, eyes fixed at lump of crap. in a loud projecting voice grunt to show that dookie who's the boss
err this thread was a joke and you people took it serious, shows the degree of pathetic questions, by the way that is a clever thinking idea, real simple but very different and funny standing facing towards them, when i read that i actually laughed it was goodOriginally posted by felony
There are certain rules to abide by in elevators. Because there are rules, we as Djs etc, usually break them or bend them to our advantage. The rule of form in elevators is to stand facing the door, and because everyone is in everyone elses personal space most people will look up at the dial displaying the floor level or the buttons next to the door.
Wanna be alpha- then try walking into an elevator and facing everyone, works best if you are one of the last in so your back is to the door, and then look around at everyone, get some EC, try not to be too intimidating and perhaps strike up a 'general' harmless convo about something related to everyone... or at least most people, so in your case maybe something about classes or lecturers, perhaps look at a particular hottie when you pull this off. Then if you get a response, bang, ur in and u take it from there.
See what works, it may only work 1/8 times. But if u do 8 trips a day, then u might have a new girl for lunch each day of the week.
Let us know what happens.
When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.
Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.
Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.
The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."
You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.
She's been waiting forty minutes.
Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

People who have to post questions containing the word 'alpha' don't deserve an answer because the question is problematic in itself.
The answer lies in the question itself. For example, only an insecure weiner would even worry and ask questions about what it means to be alpha, and the obvious answer would be to stop being an insecure weiner, meaning that asking questions like "how do I 'alpha' this or that" make you look like an insecure weiner. So, stop looking like an insecure weiner and the problem will fix itself.
Thanks, not like we don't have enough work trying to clear out the crap threads without you making them on purpose. There's a word for what happens to trolls around here...Originally posted by Agressor
