How blunt is too blunt?

Hey everyone i have a question for all you, but first a little background. There's this HB7 who I've been flirting around with here and there, nothing big. But yesterday we had this intense flirting session for about a half hour with heavy kino on both our parts and i basically know she's attracted to me. Unfortunately though, because of the public setting and all of my friends around and the fact that neither of us had our phones on us, i didn't get the number.

Now I see her in school in the hallways sometimes, we rarely talk though. But I figure after what went down on Sunday no matter how I ask her she will give her number.

Should i just go for it with my intentions obvious, or should i wait untill i have a little time to talk? (which is rarely ever)

Make eye contact with her in the hallways and smile. If she smiles back, stay cool and walk past her. Then turn around and say "Hey! Jenny [or whatever her name is], I don't have your number. Something's coming up this weekend and you should come." "What is it?" (You Smile) "I'll let you know over the phone?"

The magic words are "Can I call you sometime?" you will either get a up or down yes or no. Ived used it many times and never been turned down, and it sounds natural. My cousin who is a natural turned me on to this.

Well, we were at a swim meet for about 7 hours, i didn't have anything to write it down with...if i could have gotten it I definitely would have.

Whatever when i see her I'm just going to go up to her and ask for it because next week is winter break
