“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

That can be a very fit thin, not necessarily skinny. Being in the 5'7-5'9 range and being under 145 is what I'd called actually "skinny". The only measure I have is seeing fighters weights/heights in the UFC, but there are some really git guys in the 160 range, guys with bodies many girls would find more attractive than bodybuilders. Sure it's about as thin as any guy should ever want to be, but calling it the equivalent of a fat chick is retarded, as is saying it's "new" for guys to be skinny.
What you fail to realize is that there's a huge, HUGE range between the skinny-fat Peter Parkers of the world, and the too-big Ronnie Colemans. Sure, the UFC guys are super-fit at 150-160, but how many guys off the street are anywhere NEAR that level? Most just have zero muscle and no tone, and they're skinny on top of that.

Women don't like bodybuilders, but they do like manly men. A guy like Peter Parker is NOT manly, yet that seems to be the new standard. (Spiderman, That 70s Show, etc)

Legs are the simplest bodypart to grow - 20 rep squats. there is nobody on this earth who wouldn't respond to a 20 rep squat for quad growth

I'm 5'8" - 165-170 ...ya I think that's skinny, but I get comments/stares quite frequently when I'm out with a tanktop on, etc. I tell people how much I weigh, and they're like "no way!"

Here's a couple of shots from my last photoshoot when I was 165-167. I was pretty bloated because I had not done cardio for a few days before, so didn't look my best.

I can't believe guys worry about getting "too big"...thats' a problem i wish I had. It all comes down to how you "wear your weight" and what your body composition is like. I'd rather be 165 at 8% bf, than 180 at 12-14% bf, because I know I'll look and feel A LOT better at 165. I think weight by itself is a highly overrated measure of attractiveness of the male physique, unless you're training specifically for a sport in which weight matters.

Body composition is where its at!

Haha, thanks man, I but my biggest weakness is a lack of good proportion. Guys always make fun of my delts and my taper because they're pretty accentuated, but I have small arms and calves, and my quads are pretty crappy too.

Again I think it looking big is all about how you wear your weight. A small waste, big shoulders (good taper) will always make you more attractive in the eyes of most females and make you look bigger, even when you're really not that big.
