Not i highschool and as said prior i used the term dating cos we went on dates not because of a relationship english isnt my first language.

This helps a lot. I was trying to figure out the ages of you and her to put this in context.

Law students are horny (and wild) as F. Honestly, you should have had a heated makeout session by now at a very minimum. She probably hooked up with some other guy during her partying session.

More sexting is NOT going to work at this point. It is quite possible that you are in friendzone. Invite her out for a drink. Then, assuming she doesn't run to her car afterwards, try to kiss her. If you get no kiss, or just the cheek, it's game over. If you get a long kiss or makeout, then there is still a chance.
