Everyone is happy when on holiday, hot & horny too, so it's quite easy score. Just say the right things. Use questions like Where are you from? How long are you here for? How many of you are there? Have you been here before? Where did you go on holiday last year? Keep it about the holiday, don't remind them of home, by asking home based questions, just use that stuff if you run out of things to say. Like always use the inner don juan mindset of you are the best thing that can happen to this girl.
It should 'nt take to long to get through these questions, it's just so that she dose'nt think you just want to fu*k her, this way it seems like you're interested in getting to know her.

You might even want to buy her a drink & have a dance with her. Also talk with her a bit more. Ask her for a cuddle. It's kino right.
