I asked her out to a movie date tonight. She said she had to work till 11 PM so she couldn't. I asked her if she planned on doing anything after, she said she was going to hang out with a friend but probably just go home for the night.
I'm going to see if she wants to do something tomorrow.
Would it be wise to ask her, "say are you afraid of my ex, or am I picking up the wrong signals?" if she turns this date down.

I'm one of the few people on this forum who isn't a KBJ, I actually try to go out with women and I seem to get more flack then the guys sitting behind their computer writing creepy stalk reports about the 2.2 second conversation they had and asking us to analyze it.
