“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Thats all I can say right now.

I started taking creatine earlier today, and took a total of 15G for my first day of loading. Today was my lifting day, so as usual I worked out, and looked at myself.

I am freaking huge! The pump I got off of a workout with even this little amount of creatine made me look HUGE, especially my pecs and arms, and even after 30 mintes I still look bigger then I did before. This isnt just me either; my mom and my dad thought there was a pretty big difference.

Not to much of a increase lifting; I am still stuck at 130lbs for my db press, but otherwise I am feeling good and loving creatine. Even if I dont gain that much lifting strength, I am liking the aesthetics of it very much so :D

Just felt like ranting or whatever :)

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

The pump is just your muscles holding more water.. which is water the creatine is doing.

Good Stuff.. though.. just be careful with the creatine.. its pretty good, but you have to cycle it.

Dumbell Press.. 130lbs.. is that combined.. or each bell?

Haha, combined, sorry about that.

2.5 months ago I was doing 80 lbs combined, without creatine, so whether or not I am stuck on a plataeu I am still happy with my results.

If you feel like you are on a plataeu, try doing a barbell shoulder press or something, for a few weeks, then go back to the dumbells. Always does the trick.

No. There's no need for loading or maintenance.

15G is too much in one day. Go with the 5.

Good job man, I'm glad it's working out for you. I just came off a 3 week creatine cycle and gained 5 lbs. You're doing right, 15-20 g for the first week, 5-10 for 2 or 3 weeks more. Good luck.

Dont listen to the post regarding "No Loading".

And 6 weeks is long enough for a cycle. have 3-4 weeks off, and do it again, if you feel you have to.

Otherwise.. ditch it and train harder, take protein and have a good diet.

I was trying to decide if I should go with creatine or not, and I think this post clinched it for me....

Im wandering what type of creatine you got, how much you got and how much it costed.

Also a buddy of mine just claimed that after taking creatine his bench press has suffered and cant do as much weight...anyone have comments to this? I'd hate for my lifts to decline.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Actually, I have decided to get off creatine since my original post.

What helped me, was my friend who I just talked to after no seeing for a good while. He was heavy into lifting for about 3 years, got HUGE, and had some thoughts on creatine.

He suggested I get off it, becuase everyone he has seen use it for long periods has gotten injuries such as muscle tissue ripping or joint damage.

Then I thought about it, and creatine doesnt help you gain more muscle per workout, it just pumps you up and artificially adds muscle.

So I have decided to hop off creatine for lifting, but use it when I have districts or regonals for track coming up, because it did increase my sprinting speed. I feel it has a place, just not with my lifting :)

I heard creatine fvckes with your muscle memory. If you stop training your muscles mass will be less likely to retain. I’m a newbie so what I heard could be BS. But if you think about it any shortcut you take on your body has to leave you with some shortcomings. I was going to take it too, if I didn’t see progress in my first month but newbie gains are so easy makes me wish I started earlier.

Yeah its probably BS because you dont gain mad amounts of muscle mass due to using creatin anyways. Youll most likely just get the results you get A BIT faster, but creatin isnt all that...though a lot of people think so because they gain a couple of pounds (of pure water) and feel more pumped and are like "Wow I started using creatine and gained 5 lbs of -muscle- after only one week this stuff works wonders".

Heizen said that, too but noticed also that his lift havent increased at all... (one of the few ppl actually who mentioned that and didnt think they got much stronger and have much more muscle after taking creatine for a week ;-))

You're absolutely right.

It's perfectly fine to load for a week until your muscles are saturated with it but it's not necessary.

Cheers mate

I've been on creatine for 4 weeks (1 loading, 3 maintenance and haven't noticed any difference at all. I'm not able to lift heavier and if anything, my muscles are looking less defined.

It was worth a go, but it's not for me.
