Waddup guys, i need some fast advice.

Im in grade 11 and proms 2 days away, the tickets are a 100 bucks, n ther are definately gonna be after parties.

I dnt know if i shud go to prom, n then go to the after parties with the ppl there.

or...

If i shud jsut go to the after parties, which is gonna be harder to get in wen ur not goin with a group.

I definately wanna party that night, but im just not sure which way to go.

And i also dnt know wat to wear to the after parties if im not goin to prom, im assuming evrybodies weraing suits...ill be da only one wearin casul clothing.

So... help me out here.

You are only a junior, so why are you even worried about prom? Save the 100bucks and just hit up the afterparties. If you don't know of any, ask people that you know will be going or the people that will be throwing them.

Go to the prom and to the after party. At my school formals (grade 10 and 12), the only people who didn't turn up were the socially awkward ones. Doesn't matter if that describes you, it's a fun time. Forget about bringing a girl, just go and hang out with your friends. It's $100, but you only get one grade 11 prom (I hope.)

Quite a few people get changed between the prom and the parties. Remember to wear a suit/tux at the formal though. Stand out as much as you can.

Try wearing a cravat instead of tie with your suit. When tied correctly it looks amazingly elegant and wonderful. A black suit with a white /off-white shirt and a purple/dark blue cravat looks simply ravisihing. Wear formal shoes though.

I went to my prom yesterday.

Do I regret it?

Not a flopping chance. I'd give up a limo full of HB10's for that.

It's just that fun.

And you don't need a suit a tie. My friend came to prom dressed in a Halloween pimp suit. Don't do that, but you get the idea, suit&tie is FUN, but not necesarry. Just dress sharp and clean. Steal one of your dads tie's or shirts, if possible/necesarry.

Aaaah the good old days of prom! Fun Fun fun fun! Just for extra fun, I'd sneak in for free, who wants to waste 100.
