"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

And from how it looks I never will.

Two girls I've tried to date within the last month have ended up ignoring me.

The first I "dated" for 1-2 weeks. We saw each other very frequently--like every other day. She texted me a lot and was obviously very interested. I even took her out to dinner, spent the night, etc. It was seeming very boyfriend/girlfriend-ish. Then all of a sudden she stopped texting me, gave me a bullsh!t excuse for not being able to hangout, and I could tell from her social media that she was f*cking another dude. I summed this one up to her being a total wh0re. Literally f*cking another guy 3-5 days after I had just busted inside of her.

The second girl was very recent. Met up with her and had a chill night of netflix and wine. Pretty sure we were both extremely attracted to each other, and after "fighting" for it for a while we slept together. Once again, she was obviously very interested and I could see it through her texts. I never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes for a text back from her and she was very receptive to everything I said and very flirty. Anyways, that first date was last friday. With her work schedule and vacation, we didn't think we'd be able to hangout again for like 3 weeks, but on sunday she texted me saying she got off work early and wanted to see me. We went out for dinner, which I paid for, then back to her place for a nightcap and a little bit of hanging out. Texted her earlier this morning to wish her a happy birthday and tell her I wish I was there to give her her bday present... All night long ( ). From my iphone read receipt, it says she read it literally the exact same minute I sent it, but how about that--no response!

Only similarities between these women:

-Both in air force
-Both recently-ish got out of relationships (the first had been single for 6 weeks when I first met her, and the second single for 4-5 months)

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

You were to available and they lost interest. Cut down on texting etc. Other than that she probably met a guy she liked better. Move along find other women.

My guess is you went too fast. With your first girl: Seeing a women every other day for 2 weeks is too much too soon.

With your second girl, you were too available and got too close too fast. When she called you with last minute plans you should have told her you were busy and tried to set up something else another time. You didn't know her long enough to acknowledge her birthday. You put out the vibe you were going too fast.

Slow down... be patient.

Going to take a guess you rely too much on girls for validation, and come across as desperate and needy

Otherwise this thread probably wouldn't exist
Sex is the only thing in my life that I actually look forward to anymore.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I don't think you really did much wrong...its just the type of girls you had. They both had other/better offers. Let it go, you never know when they might come back around! I wouldn't beat myself up over it.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

I even called her out and got no response. Wow. And here I originally thought this girl was nice and sweet. Turns out she's just another childish scumbag cvnt who's wasting our oxygen by being alive.

So you called her out and then what? You lose all power with that outburst. You got rejected, now you're pissy.

1. Chase more girls
2. Text/talk to grow security with her, set date, disappear.
3. Everyone's playing each other, don't take it personally,

Paradox, you seem like a good dude. I'm gonna tell you a little story that will help.

The most attractive girl I've ever dated dated me because, while we were just casually seeing each other for the first week or two, she was also talking to another guy. She told me she was from the start. My response was "cool, I'm seeing some other girls as well." After that, he may as well not have existed to me.

I still casually saw her, but I saw the other girls as well. I would go days without texting her. Would be pretty late with my responses and not give her any special treatment. And all this knowing this other guy was probably doing the exact opposite of these things. After a few weeks, she broke it off with him and chose me to get exclusive with. And he... cried, according to her. Don't be the guy giving too much too soon.

The moral of the story is; less is always more.

"Talk about being disrespectful? How dare you talk to me like that. I've been home with my family and busy. I'm definitely not interested in a boy with a potty mouth."

That was her response. A total piece of **** lie, which I know is a lie because she removed me from snapchat and insta earlier this week before I had even texted her. I figured she'd respond to the insult/drama text. They always do for some reason. But I was hoping she would have given me a reason for her actions so I could have at least gotten some insight into her ****ed up mind.

I'm really sorry for sounding like a b!tch, but me finding a girl who I actually want to date and not just fvck happens once in a blue moon, then when I do find one this is what happens.

I know and will admit when I fvck up. I am CONSTANTLY talking to different girls and if I do/say something stupid or blow myself out somehow, which leads to me getting ignored/rejected, I will take responsibility for it. But I literally did nothing wrong here. Nothing. My game was on point on our first date and the sex was great, she texted the sh!t out of me the next day, then the day after that she was so interested that she turned the tables and invited me out. I didn't act needy, desperate, weird, I didn't double-text... Everything was perfect.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
