If you're talking to a female and she can't hold a slightly intelligent conversation, do you next her?

I guess in other words do you guys next shallow chicks or do I have an odd preference?

I can get at least one intelligent conversation out of everyone. Everyone has opinions on the human condition, the future, men and women.

If you are running into this problem regularly it's POSSIBLE that you may be the problem too...

Take time finding out her hobbies and passions(if any) and then decide if she is compatible with you.

I did not have any "intelligent" discussions of ideas with my girlfriend for the first several months. Our mutual interests, hobbies and physical attraction sustained us until we became more comfortable in conversation.

But it sounds like you are on the right track. Many guys here only care about bedding a woman and couldn't care less about what they have to say. Good luck!
