"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Honest answer. You just hit the 3000 post mark with that reply. Congratulations. Prize to be determined.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Ironically she loves those pictures, Phyzzle. Especially the cat ones. HAHAHA

Please guys don't turn this into another fighting thread with Icky Lakers vs. the Sosuave Blazers.

If you need a thread to flame in, just make a new one. Not mine.

Well ok!

I went to her house a couple of weeks ago and tried to kiss her again before I left. (my teenage hormones were raging again) She knew (she was feeling a bit antsy too) and told me to take it easy.

I apologized to her the next day. Keep in mind I only apologized because I kind of went beyond her bounds after we talked about boundaries the first time. I could have left it alone and said "no deal", but I went along with it. I messed up. She told me she didn't like having her self control compromised (she's still hot for me) but still wanted to hang out (like I said before I can't really talk with many girls the way I talk with her). She told me if it was too hard for me to do we should rethink hanging out in the future. Told her it was cool and I'd be a good boy for now on.

It's only been less than a month after her break up. She's serious about staying single. She said she would like for me to give her more time. I said no prob. I've got 3 plates spinning and stated earlier I'm having sex with one of them on the regular.

Me and the ex will probably be making every Thursday our "date night". We're both huge fans of LOST so that's the only time I'll really hang out with her.

So things are fine. Something will happen eventually. I'm not worried about it.

=D

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.
