“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Everyone i know whose done good in wrestling has some kind of chronic injury. You'll definatly get something messed up. But, its also one of the funnest things to do. Theirs alotta technique in wrestling. . . .beating someone who is physcically stronger than you by technique is an awesome feeling. To me, its worth the injuries.

I've only done bjj btw, but we learn wrestling techniques in it. I wish I wrestled in hs

Life is dangerous. Cars kill more people than wrestling.

But then again I saw a kid break his neck at a tournament, and I shattered my own thumb so badly it needed an experimental surgery. (If you go out for the team, learn to shoot takedowns with your thumbs pressed against your index finger; this keeps it from catching on the other guy and breaking.)

imo, learning the fundamentals of grappling on a hs wrestling team is an excellent foundation for whatever self-defense skills you develop later in life. People who can wrestle tend to fight well; ufc champs and finalists often have grappling backgrounds.

I wrestled in high school. 6'0 215 ibs. Boi did i get hurt sometimes, mostly twisting joints and pulling muscles.

But it made me hella flexible which allowed me not to get into serious injurys.

As for statistics, juss tell your parents to let you do it, and at the first sign of any serous injury youll quit.

“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

Wrestling is a great sport. Just make sure you don't be stupid. Tell your parents to cool down.

Yea, my parents wouldn't let me have a skateboard when I was a kid because they thought I would break my arm. However, they let me play high school football and wrestling. Makes total sense to me

Anyway, I know a few peeps who got injured during wrestling, but nothing life altering. I broke a kid's nose once with a cross face and another kid's ribs during a tournament. Shyt happens, man. Just be the one delivering the pain.

exactly. don't let a coach talk you into getting too skinny...not worth it. that's how my bro messed up his shoulder--ironically, driven into the mat by some jerk from my high school (we went to different schools). like any contact sport, there are coaches out there that will tell their wrestlers to go after somebody to mess 'em up. but if you're sensible and don't go too skinny you'll be fine (you'll have to figure out that threshold for yourself).

Show them injury statistics for car crashes, other sports, anything common and every day. Pull the smartass routine and be like "well since we're getting all worried about injuries now, i guess i'll have to walk. Oh wait, never mind here are some stats on pedestrians getting ran over. I guess I'll stay home. Oh no, heres stats on people who have died in their own house."

If you can't do wrestling or bjj, here is something awesome you can do:

Get jui-jitsu instructional videos from bittorent, youtube, google videos, dc, ect, and get a few jui-jitsu intructional books from your bookstore (like boarders), and practice em with you and your friends. Look for ways to improve you techniques, and discover new ones. You can practice anywhere with proper cushining, such as a tarp or a lawn. This is a great way to get good on the ground, and its pretty common among people who can't train at a regular dojo.

You will also learn ground skills for wrestling. Even though you can't do it now, your parents definatly won't be able to stop you by the time you're a junior.

I wouldnt suggest that. Without a trained professional, your chance for injuries go up tremendously. Besides, how do you know if you're doing it 100% correct.

We'll as long as you aren't rolling with a maniac, not doing any stand up, and not doing any foot/knee locks, your chance of injury is really low. I probably should've have mentioned that when I reccomended you guys roll.

about doing it 100% correct. . . .unless you're atleast a purple belt, you'll always be doing something wrong. Theirs like an infinate amount of details to learn about in every technique. I roll with trained perfessionals, and I know im probably doing stuff wrong, otherwise I wouldn't be a white belt.

Through rolling and practicing, your skill can only improve.

That is true. I, personally, would rather have an instructor than be reading a book.
