Alright here' the background: Last week I got tired of going on all these dates with girls that I know I don't want to end up with, so I asked out the one girl I could think of who makes me weak at the knees and turns me into a stutterer. She's one of the most gorgeous girls I know, and has an amazing personality, and a solid family as well. Well she said yes, with no hesitation. We went to a movie which went well, but I made no moves cause she gave me no signals. Then I took her back to her house expecting to just drop her off, but instead she sits in my truck and just keeps talking to me... a couple hours pass of us talking and she straight up asks me "so what are your intentions tonight? are we just friends or are you wanting to test the water?".. My mind was blown.
Of course I want to test the waters. So we take the conversation to her back porch and continue talking until 4am, all the while she props her legs up on me and starts holding hands. And we talked a decent amount about what things would be like if we were to start "talking". She wants to take things slowly, she's only ever been in one serious relationship which she was hurt very badly. She tells me she has butterflies and is excited to talk to me tomorrow.
So yesterday (which was the day after the date), I text her around 2pm and we have a mediocre conversation throughout the day. I tell her goodnight w/ no mention of hanging out again. She says goodnight.. a few minutes later she asks me what time I get off work cause she wanted me to come by. Unfortunately the time didn't work. I counteroffered with another day but she was busy that day. I was the last to text her (Im assuming she fell asleep). Today is Monday and she leaves for London on Thursday for a 10 day trip. I want to see her before then just so Ill be fresh in her mind throughout the trip. But she hasn't texted back since last night and I want to be a bit of a challenge.
Should I wait until she texts me, assuming she will? Or do I talk to her again at some point if she never replies? She wont be able to text in London. The stakes are very high here because my interest level in this girl is through the freaking roof. Somebody help me form a gameplan here!!
