I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

I think that this subject is not spoken about as much as it should. I mean all the attitude and ideas around being a DJ would be nearly useless if you smell like BO. Now im not really asking for advice, just input (theres a difference?) haha. I think of myself as a clean guy i shave, shower daily and if i dont i feel like sh*t. I dont let my body hair get out of controll etc.

Are there any other things that are important for higene and that stuff?

I dance a lot so women are always inspecting me closely. Things I worry about include (just remember, you asked for it):

-- bad breath/teeth/anything in your mouth at all
-- nose hair, or hair of any kind in odd places
-- NAILS clean and cut
-- clothes not wrinkled

It's spelled "Hygiene", and it belongs in H&F.

The reason it's not spoken about much is because it's generally assumed by most civilized people that everyone already knows how to do it. I mean, honestly - what's so difficult about taking a shower, using soap, brushing your teeth, clipping your nails, shampooing, shaving, using deodorant, and washing your clothes after wearing them? Unless you just walked out of the jungle you should have been doing all of the above since you were a little kid.
