You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.
And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.
Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.
The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.
Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.
She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.
Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
Stéphane said:Kissing might not be a good idea... in the past month i've must of hooked up with 5 chicks, and I think I got herpes from one of them... it ****ing sucks.. I don't know if I want to be a DJ anymore.
I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
Stéphane said:blisters keep popping up on my lips, and a lot of them. It's not really fun.
Stéphane said:well not really blisters, but its sort of like acne but with the white stuff that comes out if you pop. idk how to explain it.
You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
I don't think "most people" on here have blisters popping up all over their lips. I never have had that have you?Luke Skywalker said:I think most people must have herpes in here, or don't think STD's are a big deal as long as they are not life-threatening STDs. But yeah, this is one of the consequences of riskful behaviour, this is one of the price you have to pay. So you go through all the trouble to have the moment where you can make out with someone or have sex, and at the end of the day you get an STD like herpes as an unexpected hidden cost.
Good lord - you got this from kissing. Well, it's a good thing I didn't catch it myself from the three girls that I had kissed in my life last year. That's why whenever I'm thinking of kissing someone, I hesitate, because you never know who has an STD nowadays.
But you have people worried that they are breaking DJ rules by not kissing on the first or second date, well, suppose the date has herpes, then I guess that mistake may be a delay from catching it whenever they do start kissing, but then I guess I'm just a little boy for ranting about STD's, as some people would say on here, and you for complaining about it.
I don't think it's part of the equation of a seduction to make sure a girl is clean other than staying away from girls altogether. Especially for easy girls or hoes. Even if you did check out all the girls, there may be one of them where a disease passes through the tests undetected, or maybe it's that one girl you got too carried away with at the heat of the moment and you didn't want to kill the mood. All it takes is one infected girl that falls through the cracks of your grid. Let's say you are seducting lots of girls, do you have the time to check all of them out to see if they are clean to a doctor, and do you think every single girl is going to cooperate with something like that?Nip/Tuck said:OMG I'm laughing my ass off. Seriously don't you guys make sure the girl is CLEAN before you do anything them? Yes once you have herpes you will have it for LIFE and from what I heard, it hurts like a b*tch during the first few break outs.
Cold sore is a symptom of this - noted.NipTuck said:It also means you have to take medication when cold sores pop up, so you don't infect others. Sucks for you man, didn't you look at her mouth and see the cold sore? You should have been more careful, be glad it ain't something worse like AIDS.![]()
Thought it was like 80%.NipTuck said:If you wanna feel better know that about 40% of AMERICAN SKANKS have the same thing, so now you don't really have to worry about it.
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
That's the way to look at it, you can't let stuff like this get you down.Stéphane said:W.e. i'm willing to live with herpes it ain't that much a big deal, but it's pretty annoying.
Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.
