"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

So I just came back from the gym. There was this chick 17-19 years old, based off of looks. Well we had some eye contact as we walked into the gym. Her dad saw me locking eyes with her and didn't do anything. Well it seemed to me that every other time that I got up from doing a work out she was eyeing me. I wanted to meet her via direct approach as she was a hb 7-8 and was obviously checking me out. Here is where I was stuck though, her dad was right by her side none-stop. I think he was teaching her how to workout. Call this dumb but would the best way to approach and de-arm her dad be by approaching him first,
Me-"Excuse me sir,may I have a moment of your time?"
Her Dad-"Sure"
Me-"Do you mind if I introduce myself to your daughter?"
Her Dad-"Go for it/Sure why not/No,no problem."

Then I go from there.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

mmmm.... I honestly wouldnt go near that one.
That sounds like it might go down OK... but seriously... its her dad showing her how to work out... that sounds kinda protective.....
I couldnt see how its worth it.
If shes working out there your best bet is to prolly hope that shes back sometime, on her own.

Exactly. You will almost definately catch her there on her own again.

You can even open the convo with something c+f like:

"no daddy today??? aaaah... don't worry, you can call me daddy today ;) "
