"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Alrite, I was dating this girl for about 5 months. She started to act all flakey b/c she said she was "bored" which was all my fault. I decided to go on a "break" and she says she still has feelings for me, and we are thinking about getting back together. Well after a week of not seeing eachother I invite her to come along with a group of friends to watch a baseball game. We made a lot of signs of physical contact, like playful hitting, and she put her head on my shoulder a lot, but when i tried to hold her hand she refused, yet she had no problem putting her head on my shoulder?

Here's my question, I just want her as a mate for the next few months, before I go to school, what would be the best possible action for me? Just to ganji her? Or keep taking her out and actually try to talk my way back, I haven't been giving her too much attention, and we haven't been talking on the phone THAT much either.

I just need some advice on how I can get her back. (PS I'm still going after new girls to date in the mean time, I just want this one back for a second try.)

Thanks.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

forgot to mention she later apologized for not holding my hand, saying "it just didnt feel right"

and that this girl has guys drooling all over her, and she has never been DUMPED. I was the first one.

Not to mention that she called me immediatly after her softball team won sectionals, and she still answers the phone when I call, also took the time to hang out with me today when she could have just said her parents said no.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

ok thats just kinda wierd...
The only thing i can come up with is that maybe she is playin hard to get.

I wouldn't get worked up over something like this. It sounds like shes giving you a lot of mixed signals and bs. I would just keep hanging out with her. This could be just an ego thing since you dumped her. If i were you i wouldn't pursue a relationship with her, since you guys already broke up. BUT, if you decide you do want a relationship don't be surprised if it doesn't last long. My advice: just keep hanging out and if you decide to get back together, just talk to her about it and go from there. Hope that helped
