Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

If he wants to work for an Embassy or the U.S. State Department...the fact that he has worked as a teacher overseas would be a plus in his resume.
 Also, the multicultural experience is good preparation for a corporate job in international business, or working as an interpreter....not to mention there is plenty of opportunities teaching English right here, in the US.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

If the idea of picking a career is agony for you, then don't.

All the money in the world means nothing when you come to the end of the road. All those people, slaving away for money, their train ain't moving no slower than yours! And when they get to the end of the track, all that money, that house, those cars, they have to put them on the side of the road, because they are really NOTHING.

Place experiences above possessions.

I have to say to the original poster, I'm in the same situation.

I graduated with a degree in Clinical Lab Science and currently hate the major I"m going into and am trying to switch directions. I'm terrified to wake up in the morning and check my email to hear word from job recruiters, I hate going to job interviews because I have to preent myself to interviewers for a job I despise. My lack of enthusaium shows, I can't help it. I spend alot of my day procrastinating and it's definitely affecting my self-esteem.

What's helping me out alot now is talking to lots of different people. I talk to my friends parents, people I meet in daily life, old teachers, friends, career advisors to get as much help as I want. But I think mostly it comes down to me. I have to get passionate about what I want. No one else can solve this but me.

With your command of the english language- even working as editor, for a large publishing company sounds good. Every software company, needs a good proofreader too. They cannot afford to release stuff with grammatical errors, and misspellings. Use your degree.......or lose it- it's entirely up to you!!!
