I asked a girl out to see a movie tonight after work. I didn't think that maybe they weren't showing that movie after 10...

What do I do now? Ask her out for tomorrow, cancel, or what?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

didn't think they weren't? does that mean you did think they were? sorry if i sound rude, but why is good grammar so rare here?

also, don't worry. just do whatever works best for you. worrying leads to doubt. doubt leads to nervousness and fear. these are signs of lack of confidence, so i really mean it when i say don't worry.
