Whats up everybody, well i have been working out for like a month and a half, and i have been eating 5-6 times a day, and the first 2 weeks i gained a lot of fat, since then i havent gain as much fat, but last week my stomach began to get big, and is not fat, what can i do to keep it flat?? is getting bigger and bigger

i think is because all the food i eat so i can bulk, but i dont eat junk food

Vacuums (exercise, not the floor cleaner)

I had this problem for a while, but then my waist started returning to normal. I was up to 33inches and now, I'm back down to 31.5. Just wait for a while, see what happens

You're bloating from eating so much and not assimilating it. If you're not passing the extra crap, it'll hang out in your intestine and will give you a gut.

Eat less processed foods and eat more of the natural stuff especially food with some fiber and be sure to drink a sufficient amount of water each day.
