"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

So recently discovered who my ex has been dating since our split.

He's a watered down beta version of me, his sense of humor is corny, he's less attractive, he's older and has physical weaknesses (injuries that limit his activities)

It just seems like a big slap in the face that she seems happier with him than me. It's eating away at my ego. I don't want her back but it's definitely making me feel inferior or something which is odd. I'd rather she now be with a super alpha or something.

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

You're being insecure.

The majority of girls only settle for:
1) their alpha guy who controls them, or
2) a beta guy that's under their control

If she considers you something in between those two ends of the mating spectrum, you're considered suboptimal. Why? I'll let you figure that out by yourself. Keywords: ego, attraction.

Move on. Don't dwell on mismatches.

Hookers.

Then take a picture when you're done (clothes on) and post on FB. I'd wager for an extra $20 they'd do that finger point thing at your johnson with a shocked look on their face.

Or, if you want, you could pull random girls off the street, tell them you're trying to get your ex jealous, take pics with them, and then post all pics on FB.

The activity alone will boost your ego and help you forget her.

WHY do you actually shive a git WHO she dates? One of my ex girlfriends introduced me {all PROUD} to her NEW boyfriend..... He's about 8" shorter than I am, has a speech impediment, makes 1/10th of what I do, etc. The only thing he has is he's younger than I am. BUT, she's the boss and she wasn't the boss with me....

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Lol I know guys it's mostly bc of the way she ended things, she was super insulting and told me things I lacked etc

Then couple months later she happens to find the "perfect" bf who magically possesses everything she claimed I didn't have.

But from what I've seen he seems like a push over with a corny sense of humor and generic personality. It's the only ex situation that's been eating at me I usually just brush it off and move on.

Plus her friends didn't like me and they all seem to praise this new guy. It's a weird attack that my ego can't let go of idk why. She wasn't that great either! Maybe that's why haha

I sympathize -- I often joke that my ex moved on to someone who was old, ugly, stupid, and personality free! And it did rub my ego the wrong way for awhile, but the reality is (1) after being w/ someone w/ a strong personality she probably was looking for someone who was really into her and wouldn't question/push back on her ideas and (2) they legitimately have a lot of common interests.

I still roll my eyes when I think about it, but I don't think about it much anymore. In the end, it really doesn't matter who they're fvcking, it matters who you're fvcking!

Agreed. They certainly don't seem to be relevant in this thread.
