Help me with this setting. The OR game

There is this really cute anesthesiologist. I don't want her phone number, I want at least kiss, better if I can fvck her.
We are in the OR just she, other surgeon and me. How can I use openers, negs, etc. in this particular setting?

I'm talking about an easy elective case. My hands move automatically. If the **** hits the fan I obviously don't care about anything else.

Powersurgeon. Openers and negs come natural. They should roll of the tongue easily and with confidence. I don't think anybody here will tell you to say this then say that or will they encourage you to develop a relationship with someone at work.

In one of your previous posts you mentioned your wife cheated on you. I think you have a lot of other inner things to work on than worrying about a girl at work.
