"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

This might just be for my own good but I wanted to give my perspective on all the red flags I ignored. Feel free to share similar stories or comment.

She romanticized to her friends about how we met, basically lying to them, misconstruing the story, even though it was a great story by itself.

She told me her dad is an a*shole. Met him a bunch of times, never got the inclination. Whenever I asked why, she always told the same story. Heard the same thing 4-5 times.

3 months into the relationship she went through my phone, and inevitably ended the relationship because "she couldn't trust me."

One of her "best friends" was a guy that "had always been there for her." Found out later that they used to be FWB a short time (before we met).

One of her best girlfriends was a complete nut job crazy basket case and I could not stand to be around her.

She consistently brought up her exs mainly as a form of manipulation to "train" me not to treat her a certain way.

Constantly crossed boundaries on social media. I.e tagging guys in innapropriate sexual innuendos.

Her parents were still married but she told me her mom controls her dad's balls.

Use to be a huge pot head. Even in he industry she was in and random drug tests she still did it.

Towards the end of the relationship I caught her reaching out to her ex.

I could seriously go on and on. I'm obviously not over her, and probably won't be for a long time. However, I feel like this is a way to help me reach my goal of forgetting her. Thanks for listening.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

So she's a liar, her mom probably has turned her against her dad, she's possessive, she keeps guys around so if you displease the queen with a little sth she has another **** right in front of her, she tries to manipulate you, mentions her ex-s, her mom control's her dad's balls and this crazy bitche's ovaries as well... I mean, what do you miss about this girl, man? Are you with Stockholm's syndrome? Do you like being cucked?

Nice, self-aware post. I've learned to spot red flags more and more all the time. Never stop growing as a man.
I'm obviously not over her, and probably won't be for a long time. However, I feel like this is a way to help me reach my goal of forgetting her.
This line is concerning. Getting past her should not be a goal of yours. Create other goals and you'll get past her naturally.
