You should read up on his feats of strength, which by the way, are IDEAL for submission/grappling. And boxing is not about strength but technique, which requires muscle control, another key trait of Bruce Lee.
His training regimen is the cornerstone of the top strength training programs, especially for military & armed forces.
I do not even understand why you are trying to gain weight. The best tactic is losing a little bit so that you can cut down to a lower weight division and come in the day off with a big advantage in grappling (standing & ground). You sound perfect for 185 lbs class.
And you wanna look like Andrei Arlovski, well, he is genetically gifted and eats a low carb/high protein diet just to have that six pack & maintain it. He is very lean, only 235lbs, which is kinda low for a HW class. But he is very strong and quite skilled, although not top 5.
Physique means nothing in fighting arts, need any proof? take a look at Fedor (hope you know who that is). He does only calisthetics, no weights, his true raw strength comes from Sambo.
P.S. If you're taking painkillers already, that's bad. You are not going to have much of a career and only steps away from roids. Chill out on the traditional Muay Thai training, you DO NOT wanna be one of those guys.
