Alright, been on a date with a HB9. Asked her out about a week after the date via text and no response. Last weekend I met a HB7 that I connected with. I'm having a party this weekend and thinking about inviting HB7. What do I do if HB9 calls or if I meet HB9 when we go out?

OP, you need to start thinking for yourself bro or you'll never get anywhere in life. You need to work at your mindset so you don't need to ask questions like this.

What would I do ? It's obvious that the "9" isn't interested (for what ever reason). So I'd stick with the "7" for the mean while. If the "9" got in touch with me I'd bluntly question her why she took so long to get back to me. If she wanted to meet back up I'd do it STRICTLY on MY terms > not HERS. If she doesn't like it then she can find someone else stupid enough to fall flat at her feet (don't worry there are plenty of desperate doormats that will).

The bottom line - I'd do what suited ME best. I wouldn't go out my way to please either.

HB9 is not interested, ignore her and advance with the next
No reason to be obsessed over HB9, by "obsessed" I mean you're already wondering what you would do If she calls or bumps into you?
OP your logic is slightly off for now, it's back to the drawing boards you go
