i want to know if it was any way to do that because i got a real football type neck and i hate that **** any help would be nice
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Quit working out and decrease the calories you're taking in. I wouldn't recommend it though. My guess is you're not very muscular anyways.

Your neck and trapezius are constantly worked so its hard as hell to make em get smaller. Everything from carrying to lifting stuff to wearing your backpack will work the traps. Therefore, its not likely that they will get smaller. Work out your deltoids to balance it out.


Also, if you're a naturally skinny guy, your traps will probably have a steeper incline, and your shoulders wont be as broad. In this case, you have to work out your entire upper body to balance it out.

You probably look good like that. Work out the entire body, "enlarge" it to porportion it with the rest of the body.

Start working out every other body part (as everyone said already) than the traps and maybe try to avoid exercises using the traps
