That post did not have the typical signature link to generic viagra or some other junk they are usually selling, but with google I found the exact same post on several unrelated forums.The_Priest said:

Recently, one of them quoted my post word-for-word back to me. Sometimes they just regurgitate random words from the discussion.
Since this one does not have a spam link directly in the post, I'm guessing that it's a test to see if it gets deleted, and then the program will return later to post the spam link. The link I posted to the horse forum is a thread that is pages and pages of nothing but bot spam.
