Hey how do i lose my fat belly and ass?

Heres what i got on that calculation thingie:

1168.5 + 851.4 - 108.8
=1911.1 x activity
=2293.32 calories a day to sustain current mass...

Required protien calories? = 636 outa 2293.32 for mass...


im bout 5'6
175 pounds

Oh and today im going to stop drinking my 4 pops a day so no more pop.. and am going to force my self to drink 44oz of water a day? should i drink more .. and will this help... any other help would be great

oh

nevermind about the 44oz i changed it now im drinking 1 gallon of water a day and more but the minimum 1 gallon
