Third shift sucks... I feel like I have the flu 24/7... I would get home at 7am and literally pass out for 2-3 hours if lucky. Wake up around 10.... go thru my day in a fuzzy haze. Then right before I go back into work for the night I would feel like I was ready for bed. Some people adapt and enjoy it... I did not and think if I was on that shift long term I would have developed some health issues
