"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Ok, here is how it goes you are talking to this wonderful girl, you don't think she can be anymore perfect. She is also very into you and things are going very well. well something happens and you somehow end up loosing contact. So you just let it go and move on. Later on down the road, like 2 or 3 years later you run into her again and there is still some attraction on both parts but neither one of you pursue simply because you have your own seperate lives, but you are still friends. Well here is where it gets interesting. You find out from a neutral party that a little after you and her lost contact the first time that she became a huge slvt. You really have no intentions on ever pursuing her ever again but deep inside it hurts you knowing that the person who you know before had changed that much and you just do not approve of it at all. I'm not saying that you try to involve yourself in her life ever again, but im just saying that it hurts you to know that the sweet girl no longer exists. How many of you guys have ever had something like this happen.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

i have lost a great deal of friends due to cocaine addictions, violence, crime etc.....

while all this was going on in front of my face i came to realize that this way of life isnt for me and i needed to make a change...

i got the hell out of that group of friends and began doing something with my life... college, career, volunteerism, etc.

i knew if i continued to chill with these people i would be them one day.....dead or in jail.

NOT WORTH IT! i look back now and say im glad i made a decision to move ahead and take action with my life towards a positive direction.

spider are you referring to me?

you answered WHAT it had to do with this thread.

dissappointment = making a change and not looking back!

so what if the chic turned into a slvt? that was her decision just like it my friends decisions to stick that crap up their noses and get involved with crime.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.
