I had no problem getting women or LTRs when I lived in an old apartment from the 60s in the sky. I don't advise seeking property based on women, do what is right for your financials/goals. If they like you they don't care, if they are old and stuck up why are you bothering with them.

Yea for White women. So I go for Hispanic girls. But I'm also a visual guy, meaning if I pay a girl for nude photos or for me to take pics of her, that is enough to keep me going and accomplished. Don't need to make more than 30k/year for that.
