Kick!

I've been to thailand and seen some crazy ****.

The best method is to kick a heay bag, Starting off slow and working up to full power, about 100-500 times (Or as much as you can) with one leg then switch. Cover em with a damp cloth to stop swelling. Do this everyday.
or i've heard you can roll cans and cylinder up and down em.

and some liniment works wonders.

But i've seen whipping with chains (light ones) and then covering with cloth then rubbing hard with a stone (could barely whatch, blood and cuts)

Time is the best one thought.

Lots on hard well trained muscle is a good one.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

OK scientific explanation made very simple. Smash your shins enough and you do kill the nerves on the skin surface therefore you won't feel the pain. As for shins ketting harder, that happens because you'll cause what amounts to micro-fractures on the surface of the shin bone itself, and so long as you have enough calcium in your system your body will heal those fractures, essentially forming extra bone. It's a process called 'calcification,' and it works just like the theory behind training a muscle. Overdo it though (ie don't allow enough time to heal) and you'll just end up injuring yourself. What's too much? Not sure, depends on genetics, diet and training regime, even your age.

Yuor shins normally hutr so much when u get hit there because there is no barrier between the periosteum surrounding the bone and the skin. The periosteum holds the cells that ake part (when needed) in bone growth and healing. It is also full of nerves and blood vessels.

Normally a thick layer of muscle protects the periosteum from damage, thats why it doesnt hurt much when u get kicked in the calves.

Its likely that repeated damage to the shin causes scar tissue to form and replace the layers of periosteum that get damaged. Thus the nerves die and arent replaced so you dont feel pain.

Dont tap anything against your shin or hit anything harder than your shin best bet is to kick thai pads and heavy bags.
