anyway, i used to have both problems. i stopped jackin' off, and a good thing to do is to watch porn or whatever gets you started, and resist all temptation to touch yourself. just a little bit tho to get your juices flowin' (so to speak), without giving you blue balls.

umm with the getting it in the hole thing? you need lots of foreplay, get her nice and wet, and if you're hard enough then thats a bonus too. i had the same problem where she wasn't wet enough and i wasn't hard enough. basically that equals no sex. or get some good condoms with lube
