I want to thank the Don Juans in this forum for your wonderful advice,new insight,and differing prospectives. I have learned a lot and changed a lot. I've met cool people from all over this country and the world on this forum. I am still thankful for my health even at 43 yrs old my knees are okay (not the best) but functional for walking and a little running. I quit smoking over 2 years ago and now my lungs feel a lot better.
