If you don't have any action plan to make it better and to do something about it, it's not going to happen on its own.
So what are you planning to do to ensure a better year?
I just executed part of that plan....to keep working the Real-Estate leaeds from the new office I recently joined. The only solution is to make a good commission in Real-Estate transactions in addition to full-time work which is coming up short in making ends meet.
Apart from that, there is not much else I can do if I'm staying with that full-time job. I mean, what makes the last year crappy is the set-backs that I have experienced that were outside of my control. On one hand, I can't control bad luck or things not working out. You can only plan for the best. Last year allot of things did not work out favorable with me. It's not to say that every year is just going to be bad luck and misery.
I mean other plans would be to declare bankruptcy or enter into a consumer proposal (chater 13 bankruptcy) on the debts if things continue to go sour with me on a relatively smaller debt than before (ie on a previous action I had $ 187,000 worth of debt, this time, it's just $ 30-$40K worth of debt). However, the goal is not just getting rid of debt, especially a small one at that, but to make money. If you are broke all the time and have no time because of working at a full-time job, there is not much else to work with beyond that.
