"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Guys I recently had a friend run a poll where women were asked what they liked most about a man. When a given a broad range of choices from facial features to income to Past relationships to Body type and so on, 75% of women said His Own Happiness was the most important thing. 25% claimed his attitude towards family (perhaps they had famalies or were family minded, this was not polled). This was conducted online in a format that did not allow interaction between the poller and the participants, and there was no supplimental information given. Granted there is a lot of flaws with this type of polling, but I think it's justone more peice of evidence to back up how important this really is.

That's why your state matters so much when you go out. If you don't appaer happy with your own life, what are the odds you will make her's happier? Probably not good and women know this.

SO in short my theory is this, to have women: be happy. Women cannot be a critical part of what determines your happiness, otherwise you run into a circularly definied trap:

I need women to be happy, I can't get women because I am not happy.

You have to find other things that make you happy or you are doomed. This is one of the major things I have noticed between guys who have a successful life with women, and guys who have a miserable one. You need to first and foremost take an interest in your self, then bring a woman into that *wonderful* world. Plus, when you are truly happy the other things self-correct like you are more likely to take care of yourself (one of the symptoms of depression is not carin for one self) and so on.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

agreed, happyness is a big factor in attracting women, but not the only one though. You also need game.

Disagree that you need game. If you're happy and confident I think that's 95% of the issue. "Game" is for those of us (most of us) who need to fudge confidence...

...because if it's a "game" than you're not in reality.

Look at the guys out there who are truly confident, the natural alphas. Do you think they go up to a girl thinking to themselves "I'm going to run pattern "ZD"" or "huh, this chick looks like she might respond to some C&F"? No. They just do it. A guy with confidence registers on a girl's radar right away... you could walk up there and recite the ingredients of a cereal box and still get IOI's.
