“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Agreed, green tea is pretty tasty.

Good work man.

As for spotters.. I sware it seems obvious to me how one should perform in such a capacity.. but from my experience this sadly isn't obvious to a lot of people.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Hey guys, do you think my body might have plateaued? I mean, I was doing the same exercises for 7 months straight, wouldn't by body have gotten used to this already, maybe a couple months back?

You could try a new program if you wish, but I would be more concerned with checking your form before you do as I have said in the past.

Oh and did I mention, ignore those f******* on bodybuilding.com. Get everything from there out of your head and go on ironaddicts.com instead. Either that, or fork up $18 a month and use www.redpointfitness.com.

Here would be a good next step for you:

I agree with Quag. That would be an good replacement if you want to stop doing rippetoe.

Redpointfitness.com as a different option would be great also.

Whatever you choose, even to stay on rippetoe, the diet is extremely important. You seem to have been nailing it lately...so keep on that. Btw, don't drink green tea before bed if you want to sleep lol :)

yeah if you're going balls-out on your bench your incline DB's and other accessory lifts are gonna be lower, don't worry about it, that's fine...it's that way for most everyone basically.

If you feel you're plateauing now (ie on your bench) maybe its time to move off Rippetoe and onto another routine for a while. Try a basic 3day split maybe?

CNS might have been off...who knows. Don't judge everything by one workout and keep working hard. I hope your eating good and doing morning/evening cardio. That's more important imo.
