oive been on the rippetoes program for a bit now. its been a good training. but ive realized im at the gym for at least an ohur around an hour and half to lift. mostly because squat warmups + sets + 5 min rests between those sets take up a LOT of time.
is this a problem, if im resting most of the time rather than overtraining?

my squatting always takes an hour at least, more like an hour and twenty. it shouldn't be a problem.
