Alright guys so im about to get a membership to a gym. I have decided this summer that i wanna lose alot of my weight i just wanna feel healthier and look better so heres where i need the help. I have no idea what kinda stuff at the gym is most effective to lose weight. Ive gone a few times to a gym with a friend and i just basically did anything because i didnt really take it seriously but im basically a total nub at it lol. So anyone know what i should be doing and how long i should be at the gym ill appreciate it alot i think im gonna try to go daily maybe take a day off a week i really dont know what i should be doin so any help is much appreciated. And should i be taking anything before or after like i really dont know anything to be effective my friend keeps tellin me about this muscle milk stuff i should be takin but i dont even know if that for me yet or what cuz i think that makes your gain weight not lose i dunno thanks ahead of time for any help you can give me.
