"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Hey everyone,

I got a buddy of mine. Who actually is very good gettin chicks, gets numbers easy, can get laid quite easy. He got the natural charm about him. Probably from the fact he needs to make everyone like him, but that's another story. He is the kind of person that can walk into a restaurant charm the host and get early seating.

Anyways, He seems to get these girlfriends. They are usually real petite, bossy, and manipulative. IT's always the same type of girl. He starts out using his charm, then eventually the tables are turned, and he starts to become the ***** of the relationship not making a decision on his own. They start their manipulation and it gets bad.

I have tried to help him and make him realize his mistakes, but it always happens. He gets into these long term relationships, where he gets controled, walked over, (He spend $7000 on a promise ring for his latest one) He seems to be addicted to it. His last girlfriend he went out for 2 years took him practically a year to get over.

Is it just some people are beyond help? What do you think is going on in this person's head, why are certain people usually this needy? Any thoughts on gettin him out of the ***** trance and stop being a sucker?

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

I know what you mean. Men these days have a nasty tendency for spiritual submission to women. I'm sorry to say, but it is useless to convince guys like this of their folly. What it does take is being burned. Sometimes, only once is enough. Most cases they never learn.

yup I've know him since i was 18, im 22 now. I've seen him get into 3 long term relationships. Totally get ****ed over, abused, controled. I'd say he's spent over $20,000 - $35k in the past 4 years or so on girlfriends alone. I doubt he was any different with the girls before him.

you just said it, he's "addicted to it".

@utwardly, he has game. hence he can attract chicks--naturally. he's naturally charming or whatever.

inwardly, he's a wuzz bag. soon enough, the jig is up, and he's relegated to "the nice guy" in most cases.

i know people like this--they're AFCs once you get to know them. they are pretender DJs.

chicks would tend to stick with him because he's "such a nice guy". chicks always want a nice guy around so he can help her move furniture, hang a picture, fix the toilet, take her out for a nice dinner, buy her things, make her feel "special", boost the ego, have a back up, get a male perspective on the new bf that she wants to fvck (the real DJ), etc...

even with chicks that aren't intentionally using a guy, they still will. almost universally, chicks do this with such a natural skill, it's truly astounding.

i have a friend who doesn't have any problem whatsoever picking up chicks because he's "sooooooooooo cute". he's like a little trophy boy. chicks will even buy HIM gifts, etc. his current chick just bought him a $500 dig cam! but, he's a loser. he's also an obnoxious drunk. dude can't keep a chick for more than two months. every single chick he hooks up with dumps his ass for the exact same reason. it just takes about 1-2 months for these dumbazzes to discover his true colors and wake up.

he's 35, and he doesn't get it. why? he doesn't have to because he's sooooooooo cute. pretty sad, actually. on both sides of the equation.

he too attracts the same types of girls. the mid-twenties girls, who are "sort of" getting it, but aren't quite out of the "Ashton Kutcher" mode and want to get one last shot at landing a funny, smart, confident, successful, pretty boy--so they think.

you should really pay attention to your friend, as i have. study his behavior, and study what types of chicks he's hooked up with, and why he's fvcking up. he sounds terminal, though.

PS: why did the word @utwardly get filtered?

You know what? Thats why being a DJ is an entire lifestyle and outlook on life change. See, this guy is a part time DJ. He has game at times, but eventually reverts back to his old AFC ways. He has no grasp of the basic DJ rules and fundementals. he knows what works, but he hasn't made that overhaul life change that it takes.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

hm..well im starting to wonder about this.

my friend's friend hooked up w/a HB.

she's rich, hot, and 1 yr older than him.

well his friend is cool and down to earth supposedly.
the rich girl goes up to his dump ol dusty house whenever.
the guy is more of the homemaker and the type that cooks and would take care of children if he had any.

i think my friend mentioned something along the lines of guys trying too hard with her, and wanted something for a change.
he's not all tha rich he's ok looking and is not really a guy that has goals for his future, he's happy with what he got now.
i dont know his friend nor gf and never seen what they look like.
but im guessing there are girls out there who want to play "guy of the house" and guys out there who wants to play "housewife"

idont know if he's AFC material. but that's how it goes for him, lucky bastard
